As these are non-tangible digital services that commence immediately upon purchase, our refund and return policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and compliant with applicable laws, including UAE Federal Law No. 15/2020 on Consumer Protection, EU Consumer Rights Directive (where relevant for EU users), and international best practices.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By enrolling in our services and making payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, including that the service starts immediately, which may limit or exclude refund rights under certain laws.

1. General No-Refund Policy

  • Digital Services Nature: Our coaching programs are delivered digitally and begin immediately upon payment confirmation. You gain instant access to prerecorded materials, online resources, support channels, and scheduling for live sessions/calls. Once access is granted and the service commences, all payments are non-refundable.
  • Upfront and Subscription Payments: Programs typically require an upfront payment for the initial three months (or split payment: day 1 and day 30). After the initial period, billing continues monthly on a subscription basis. No refunds are provided for any paid periods, whether upfront, split, or monthly, as the service is considered delivered and consumed upon access.
  • Reason for No Refunds: Refunds are not offered due to the immediate provision of personalized, non-reversible digital content and support. This aligns with our contract terms, where you explicitly consent to the service starting right away, waiving any applicable cooling-off periods.

2. EU-Specific Rights (For Users in the European Union/EEA)

  • Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (implemented in member states like Slovenia), consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. However, this right does not apply if you explicitly consent to the service starting during the 14-day period and acknowledge that withdrawal rights are lost once performance begins.
  • Our Process: By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate service commencement (e.g., access to materials and support). If you have not accessed any content or services within the first 48 hours after payment, you may request withdrawal within 14 days for a full refund. After access or service start, no withdrawal or refund is possible.
  • We comply with EU laws for targeted users; if you believe this applies and qualifies, contact us immediately.

3. Cancellations and Terminations

  • Initial Commitment: The program requires a minimum three-month commitment. You may cancel after this period by providing notice via email to info@progress-leader.com at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. Cancellations during the initial three months are not permitted.
  • Ongoing Subscription: After the initial three months, the service auto-renews monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no pro-rated refunds for partial months.
  • Force Majeure Exceptions: In rare cases of extraordinary circumstances (e.g., war, global health crises like COVID-19, or similar events beyond control), we may, at our sole discretion, allow early termination without the full notice period. This is evaluated case-by-case and does not guarantee a refund.

4. Exceptions and Remedies

  • Non-Performance or Defects: If we fail to deliver the service as described in your contract (e.g., due to technical issues preventing access), we will first attempt to remedy the issue (e.g., reschedule calls, provide alternative access). If unresolved, you may request a proportional refund for undelivered portions, subject to verification.
  • No Other Refunds: We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction, non-use of services, changes in personal circumstances, or failure to achieve expected results (as outcomes depend on your participation and effort).
  • Administration Fees: Not applicable; we do not charge fees for valid remedy requests.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

  • Contact us at info@progress-leader.com with your full name, purchase details, and reason. We respond within 5 business days.
  • All requests are reviewed individually; decisions are final but made in good faith per UAE consumer protection standards.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • This policy is governed by UAE laws. Disputes arising from refunds/cancellations shall be resolved through the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
  • For EU users, you may also access Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) via the European Commission platform.
